View Value

The View Value command opens the View dialog window which shows the current value of the selected BI asset in Visual Diff UI:

Warning

This command is available in the Data Mode only, not in the Users Mode.

To open this dialog window, do the following:

  1. Open the Visual Diff tab.
  2. Switch to the Data mode.
  3. Select both targets to compare (business objects or sub-trees).

  4. In the Difference Visualization View, find an object and right-click it.

    Note

    View Value is available for connections, worksheets, dashboards and not available for workbooks, flows, projects, sites, and data sources.

  5. Choose View Value from the context menu.

Click the Format as SQL button or press Ctrl + Shift + F to format a SQL query (if any) in a standard way.
