Rename User Group

This command can rename the existing user group in Tableau environment.

Select a user group in Tableau Users Tab.

Note

You can select only one group at a time to run this command.

This command is available for user group nodes only.

Then, choose Rename User Group... from the context-menu. The Rename dialog box opens.

In this dialog box, enter the new name for the selected user group.

Click OK to proceed or Cancel to close the dialog box without renaming a group. If you proceed, the Renaming user group... pop-up opens. Wait while a user group is being renamed.
