I have an error while trying to delete (rename, export to another environment, ...) a document in CMS Explorer. What is wrong?
Answer:
If you see error messages like "Failed to rename," "Error deleting," "Export failed!" and so on, it indicates that CMS Modifications are disabled on MetaMiner Server. Ask your system administrator, or enable them in MetaMiner Administrator.
I just deleted content from my SAP BusinessObjects environment. Was it deleted from MetaMiner?
Answer:
Yes - deletions in your environment, regardless of how they happen (InfoView, BI Launchpad, CMC, etc) are reflected by default within 15 minutes in MetaMiner. Therefore, after doing Refresh, users with MetaMiner Client will see all updates.
We have copied a folder and added new reports to it. Did MetaMiner update the MMDB with these changes?

MetaMiner extracts metadata every 15 minutes or sooner but using ultra-light deltas and effectively has no impact on a running SAP BusinessObjects landscape connected to its metadata engine.
