This command hides all users but the selected one in your BI data tree.

To run this command, select a user account and choose Filter Out Other Users on the context menu.

Warning
You cannot select more than one account. You cannot select user group(s).

 

When you do this, the Content Area updates to display only the selected user account and groups where this user is included (there can be several groups, also in several environments). The Users filter group starts to show this user account to be applied as a filter to your BI data tree.

To cancel the Filter Out Other Users command, click the icon in the Users filter group. All users/groups will be displayed again.
