You can rename a node (container or document) in your BI landscape. The object will be renamed not only in the MetaMiner Database, but also in the SAP BusinessObjects database.

Warning
This command (as any other active one) is available only if CMS Modifications are allowed in your MetaMiner Administrator (see Configuring CMS Modifications).

 

Warning
Top level containers (like Public Folders, and so on) cannot be renamed.

To perform this action, right-click any object and select Rename from the context menu:

Once finished, you will see the renamed object in the Content Area:
