SAP BusinessObjects Environments is an area of the MetaMiner Administrator main window UI.

You may choose to deploy MetaMiner across any number and version of SAP BusinessObjects environments that exist in your corporate landscape, and across any geography (as long as you are licensed to do so).

To configure environments, we focus on the SAP BusinessObjects Environments configuration section:

 

To add a new SAP BusinessObjects environment to your MetaMiner configuration, or edit/delete the existing one, use the Add, Edit, Delete buttons:

When you click Add, the Add SAP BusinessObjects Environment dialog window opens:

The left-side configuration fields provide entries for identifying a Central Management Server host and related credentials.

The next section of fields on the right-hand side deal with configuration of the Audit Database credentials.

Once all configuration settings are in place, pressing OK will automatically validate your entries and provide error details if anything entered was incorrect.
