Show all owned content

This command opens a new additional tab of the Tableau Explorer type with Owners filter group applied to the BI landscape displayed in the Content Area.

Note

BI assets of only the same environment will be displayed. Even if a user account with the same name exists in other environments, BI assets of those environments will not be displayed.

To run this command:

  1. Open the Tableau Users tab.
  2. Find a target environment.
  3. Select a user account. Only one account can be selected at a time to run this command.
  4. Right-click this user and choose Show all owned content from the context menu.

Warning

This command is available for user account nodes only.

To undo this command, close this additional Tableau Explorer tab.
