What does it describe?: List of all users and the group(s) to which they belong, as well as Concurrent/Named status, deleted, enabled, etc.

How can it help me? Tells us precisely what users are in the system, and the groups to which they belong - an easier visual display than browing page-by-page in the Central Management Console (CMC).
